Soren Investment Company Limited is a private holding company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Established in 2019, Soren was formed as a 50/50 joint venture between two established investment groups, united by a shared commitment to building enterprises of lasting value.

From its base in Dubai, Soren invests in and actively manages a growing portfolio of banking and technology businesses, with a clear focus on African markets where it sees long-term potential for responsible, sustainable growth.
